Abstract
Objective To investigate the properties of vitreous surgery combined with intraocular magnetic foreign body extraction effects and impact of prognostic factors.Methods Using the the vitrectomy combined with foreign body extraction to treat ocular posterior segment intraocular magnetic foreign bodies in 31 cases (31).Results Patients were followed up for 2 to 24 months,the operation was successful in 28 eyes(90.32%),which functions cure in 15 (48.39%),anatomic cure in 13 (41.93%).Failure in 3 (9.68%).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign bodies extraction is an effective method of the treatment of ocular posterior segment magnetic foreign body.
