Abstract

The objective of this work was of determining the effect of three environmental conditions of cultivation in the maximum produetivity, in the maximum rate of productivity and in the time at the beginning of production of the mushroom. A. blazei. The tested environmental conditions of cultivation were: rough structure of wood fenced by bamboo sticks; metallic structure close, with plastic canvas (greenhouse); acclimatized dark room with controlled conditions (25o C+- 2; RH of 80% +- 5) and renewal of the internal air. The cultivation substratum colonized with the mushroom was conditioned in plastic boxes, representing the experimental portions. The experimental model of regression logistics and the analysis of variance were used. It was concluded that the cultivation in controlled environmental conditions caused a shorter production cycle and it began the production in smaller time, compared to the cultivation in more rustic structure (bamboo covering). The mushroom A. blazei answers favorably, in production, when cultivated in controlled environmental conditions.
