<h3>International Cooperation in Intellectual Work</h3> The fifth commission of the League of Nations has adopted a resolution presented by M. Jacques Bardoux (France) recommending the transformation of the secretaryship of the commission on intellectual cooperation into an international bureau for the collection and distribution of information of interest to universities. <h3>Red Cross Aid to the Earthquake Sufferers in Japan</h3> The executive committee of the three constituent societies of the French Red Cross has appropriated 50,000 francs as emergency aid for the Japanese earthquake victims, and, in addition, has decided to open a general subscription in Paris and throughout the provinces. The funds thus collected will be distributed through the Japanese Red Cross. <h3>Death of Victor Nodet</h3> Dr. Victor Nodet of Bourg, formerly hospital intern of Lyons, has died at the age of 50.
