Abstract

The issue of parental presence in the education process is still identified as one requiring closer look and exploration, due to real and virtual learning, the socio-cultural changes and epidemiological risks involved. The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way the educational process has been implemented, setting new solutions for distant learning. In this context, there is a need to recognise parents’ place in a child’s educational process, through their personal experience. The article focuses on answering the question of where is the place of I-III class pupils’ parents in distant learning. Its aim was to identify the educational stages of parents and children. Qualitative research uses nondirective interviews for collecting data. The study included 12 parents of early school children from urban environments.
