Abstract

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore parent involvement in pediatric palliative health professions education from the perspectives of pediatric palliative practitioners. We sought to understand the extent to which parents of pediatric patients are involved in palliative care education, the extent to which pediatric palliative practitioners believe that parents should be involved in education, and to identify barriers to involving parents in pediatric palliative health professions education.
