Abstract
Parasternal chest wall masses were present at the time of diagnosis in two patients with Hodgkin's disease. Four other cases are reviewed in which pectoral masses developed during the course of the disease. These masses were associated with radiographic evidence of disease in the anterior mediastinum. When the sternum is involved, it is probably a manifestation of local extension of disease from lymphatic tissue and should be treated with full doses of radiation therapy.
