Abstract

Fry of the coho salmon, Oncorhynchus kisutch (Walbaum, 1792), which were caught in the Kronotskaya River, were found to include six species of parasites belonging to four classes: Monogenea (Salmonchus alaskensis), Cestoda (Proteocephalus longicollis), Nematoda (Sterliadochona ephemeridarum, Cucullanus truttae, Philonema oncorhynchi), and Acantocephala (Neoechinorhynchus salmonis). The intensity of the parasitic invasion was not above three specimens per fish.
