Abstract
Complex aneurysmal lesions of the renal artery justify an ex-vivo surgery and arterial replacement, ideally with an autologous graft under nephronic protection followed by an autograft. We report the long-term results of a bicentric continuous series of patients treated using a pararectal retroperitoneal approach.
