Abstract

Since Kraft-Ebing in the XIX Century, Paraphilias has been a subject that involves scientific, ethical, legal and moral considerations. Money (1981) extended the very few categories, but there are not included in DSM IV-TR and ICD 10. Love (1993) described 400 Unusual sexual practices. Now we have several attempts for classification following the tree, with many subtitles. We all know that the legal field is far behind the scientific advances of medical and psychological sciences. The line of what is normal or not is changing with times. We will discuss recent advances and illustrate these changes. We will see so many controversies and hopefully consensus for DSM V and ICD 11.
