Abstract
Bullous pemphigoid (BP) are often associated with malignancies such as haematological malignancy, prostatic carcinoma, gastric cancer, etc. Most malignancies occur synchronously with or after BP.The pathogenesis of paraneoplastic bullous pemphigoid (PNBP) has not been clarified, and its treatment is different from that of classic BP.The improvement of skin lesions is often an accompaniment of cancer control in patients with PNBP.Dermatologists should pay attention to associated malignancies in patients with BP,so as to improve the quality of life of patients by early detection, diagnosis and treatment of malignancies.
