Abstract

Models of amplitude-phase modulators are obtained by solving parametric synthesis problems. These models have the form of a set of mathematical expressions for determinination of the optimum frequency dependences of the impedances of reactive one-ports and values of their parameters providing formation of high-frequency signals with given frequency dependences of the magnitudes and phases of the ratio between the modulators’ transmission coefficients for two states of two- and three-terminal nonlinear elements.
