Abstract

Abstract Research has emphasized to a good amount in the field of alloys and MMC Materials that can be machined by Advance Machining Processes, EDM (Electric Discharge Machining) is one of the most suitable and globally accepted unconventional machining methods which used in machining of all challenging newer electrically conducting materials. This work is devoted to Parametric Study of Die-Sinking Electric Discharge Machining on Aluminium Based Metal Matrix Composite, to obtain a proper and maximum MRR and surface finishing with minimum Overcut by Side Spark and study the effect of various parameters on Machining Responses.
