Abstract

Summary form only given. A parametric excitement of surface waves (SW) on the harmonics of the cyclotron frequencies is investigated. This frequency region is used often for additional plasma heating by the HF generators. The SW on the harmonics of the cyclotron frequencies can propagate in plasma bounded by dielectric when the external magnetic field is perpendicular to the plasma interface. Such orientation of magnetic field can be realized in the divertor region of fusion devices.
