Abstract

This paper describes the effect of parameter variation with Kirchhoff migration in post-stack seismic data. Parameters tested covering velocity, aperture, and maximum dip. The data used in this work was generated from velocity and density models with gaussian syncline and anticline layer boundaries. This work is the effect of parameter changes on the model and conclude best applied parameters for Kirchhoff migration in certain model created.
