Abstract

Micro pressure sensors are widely used in several applications. In this paper parameters optimization of the magnetic fluid micro-pressure sensor is presented, including some theoretical aspects on the prototype. The proposed magnetic fluid micro-pressure sensor could be used in either static micro-pressure measurement or dynamic micro-pressure measurement. Under the premise of appropriate anti-pressure, the structure parameters of the magnetic fluid micro-pressure sensor should be small and the cost should be low when the sensor is used in static micro pressure measurement. However, when the sensor is used in dynamic micro pressure measurement, the overshoot should be small, and the regulation time should be short. In view of the two cases, different optimization methods are used to research. Nonlinear programming and simulation analysis are used to optimize the static micro pressure measurement, and theoretical derivation and experiment research are used to optimize the dynamic micro pressure measurement. In particular, the conclusions of preliminary design are given along with the suggestions of parameter setting in the future.
