Abstract

In this paper, the multi-physics coupled model of the energy coupler actuator (ECA) based on finite element method is built in COMSOL. To achieve some determined indicators, Peak-Hold drive strategy is applied to replace the constant voltage driving plan. Consequently, several groups of Peak-Hold signals are inputted. And the simulation results are analyzed to obtain the optimal parameter sets under the specified target performance. The driving parameters of the model are optimized, resulting in an overall performance improvement. Finally, a solution to find an ideal driving strategy with minimum energy consumption is found in this paper.
