Abstract
The article deals with the program realization of an indistinct adjuster in a control system of TPS' steam boiler for adaptation of the PID-adjuster based on the precise term-sets. The practical importance of the research work is in development of the step-time algorithm of fuzzification of continuous physical sizes of technological process of a boiler and the block diagram of management of a steam boiler as a superstructure above classical PID-adjusters with variable factors. The block diagram of regulating process of burning and steam formation is constructed based on a system of production rules of the two-digit logic. Parameters of the quality and power efficiency of the automatic controlling a steam boiler with an indistinct adaptation of the PID-adjuster are presented. The 3-D model of management of burning and steam formation processes in a steam boiler has been developed in the fuzzyTech's environment. The analysis of a surface of the constructed model of management is presented. The article is addressed to the teachers of technical disciplines at higher schools.
