Abstract
The problem of drying quality in existing installations is considered. It is proposed to carry out the analysis of heat and moisture transfer in the Comsol complex. As a result of modeling, dependences of changes in temperature and moisture content of raw materials on time were obtained. A rational geometry of the location of the dryer trays and the addition of convective heating with an IR emitter are recommended, which contributes to the formation of a more uniform moisture content of the dried product and a reduction in the process time.
