Abstract

This paper is devoted to investigating the effects of parameter variations in nonlinear control systems on input-output decoupling. Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for eliminating the effects of parameter variations on both the output response and the noninteracting control property of the nominal systems with a regular static state feedback. Further, the disturbance decoupling problem in the presence of parameter variations is also studied. The results have certain beneficial implications to engineering.
