Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low transmission power and low transmission efficiency in the non-contact energy transmission system, a bilateral LCC compensation network structure under zero voltage turn-on is optimized. Using the fundamental waveform analysis method and the superposition method, the static working characteristics of the system compensation topological equivalent circuit are analyzed, and the system compensation parameter design and ZVS implementation adjustment design are completed. It can work at a constant frequency and reduce switching losses and switching stresses to improve overall system efficiency. Finally, in the system simulation environment, establish a two-way inductive power transfer system for verifying the zero-voltage switching optimized compensation network reliability.
