Abstract

Aiming at the simulation requirements of aircraft cabin thermal network model, the identification method of convection heat transfer coefficient in cabin based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and the method of cabin thermal load simulation are studied. Firstly, for the calculation of aircraft cabin thermal load, two simulation models of CFD and 2-node thermal network are established respectively. Then, a new fitting relation is proposed for the 2-node thermal network model. Compared with the traditional first-order linear relationship, it can significantly improve the fitting accuracy of convective heat transfer coefficient. The results effectively solve the practical application of the simplified thermal network model for aircraft cabin, and meet the demand on optimal design of aircraft integrated thermal management system.
