Abstract
Auxiliary inverter is an important part of rail transit, which is developing towards lightweight and high power density. LLC resonant converter is an important part of high frequency auxiliary inverter, which can improve the power density. The reasonable design of LLC resonant tank parameters is very important for high frequency auxiliary inverter. In this paper, the high power LLC resonant converter is studied in depth, and the design optimization method of resonant parameters is proposed. Firstly, the working principle of LLC resonant converter is analyzed, and the DC gain characteristics of LLC resonant converter are studied in depth. Secondly, the design method of resonant tank parameters of LLC resonant converter in DCX mode is proposed. Finally, under the guidance of the parameter design theory, an 80 kVA high frequency auxiliary inverter is developed. The experimental results show that the design method of resonant tank parameters is feasible.
