Abstract

With the aid of Fe(57) Mössbauer spectroscopy the nuclear hyperfine structure corresponding to the crystal states of trivalent iron in VO2 is observed for polycrystalline paramagnetic samples of V0.9985Fe0.0015O2 and V0.9974Fe0.0026O2 at temperatures between 4.2 and 200 K. Mit Hilfe der Fe(57)-Mößbauer-Spektroskopie wird die magnetische Hyperfeinstruktur, die der Kristallfeldaufspaltung von Fe3+ in VO2 entspricht, für die polykristallinen Proben V0,9985Fe0,0015O2 und V0,9974Fe0,0026O2 im Temperaturbereich zwischen 4,2 und 200 K untersucht.
