Abstract

In this paper, the parallel processing strategy of the most complex and precise beam collimation control in high power laser device control is introduced, and the design method of beam collimation parallel processing is put forward. The parallel constraint criterion and condition are studied, and constructs the parallel structure and model of hardware and software integration. In the high-power laser device to do a lot of control run test, collected a large number of beam collimation operation data, the beam collimation of the parallel scheduling and processing time in-depth analysis to verify the large-scale beam collimation parallel control processing strategies and models, and to achieve high performance, the beam task can be arbitrary configuration of parallel control. Well meet the real-time target of high power laser beam collimating device, can be applied to similar control field.
