Abstract

Paracolic recurrence of testicular germ cell tumors is rare and is usually related to incomplete excision of the ipsilateral spermatic cord. We describe a paracolic recurrence outside of the standard radiation field of a low-stage pure seminoma that was managed by chemotherapy and surgical excision, rendering the patient disease free with short-term follow-up.
