Abstract
AbstractWe report the synthesis of thioether with high regioselectivity. The reaction proceeds through regioselective bromination followed by a copper/oxalic diamide‐catalyzed C−S bond cross‐coupling reaction. Functional groups, such as fluoro, chloro, trifluoromethyl, nitro, unprotected amine and pyridine, are tolerated by the reaction conditions.
