Abstract

A 32-year-old woman 15 weeks’ pregnant presented with lower abdominal pain for a duration of 1 month. Ultrasonography showed a normal intrauterine pregnancy of 15 weeks and an anechoic right ovarian cyst measuring 13.5 ! 11.3 cm with 2 papillations, 5.5 ! 4.3 cm and 0.8 ! 0.7 cm with no abnormal vascularity. The left ovary was normal. In view of the symptomatic cyst, the patient was planned to undergo laparoscopic cystectomy.
