Abstract

Thyroid carcinoma is the most common endocrine neoplasia. The most common thyroid cancer variant is papillary carcinoma accounting for approximately 85% of cases. Its presentation as cervical cystic mass laterally is extremely rare condition. The cystic change may cause diagnostic dilemma.
