Abstract
Background: As the rate of medial elbow reconstructive surgery continues to rise, a detailed assessment of the anatomy of the entire medial ulnar collateral ligament complex (MUCLC) is desired. Accordingly, the purposes of this study were to provide a robust anatomic digitization of the entire MUCLC complex (anterior bundle [AB], posterior bundle [PB], and transverse ligament [TL]) to determine the: areas, footprint geometries, distances to key bony landmarks, and isometry of all ligaments.
