Abstract

Proper use of a pantograph to program fully adjustable articulators is dependent on stable clutch construction. The technique described uses modeling plastic molded to the labial surfaces of acrylic resin clutches. The labial extensions of the modeling plastic resist lateral movement of the clutches, thereby enhancing clutch retention and stability.
