Abstract

A 49-year-old woman a smoker with acute on chronic pancreatitis presented with epigastric pain and jaundice. Lipase was markedly elevated, and liver function test results were consistent with biliary obstruction. CT and EUS showed chronic calcific pancreatitis with common bile duct (CBD) and pancreatic duct (PD) dilatation and PD stones, but the results were negative for a mass.
