Abstract
In this fictitious account, Drug Co, Inc has been marketing their new drug PANACEA for 6 months when they receive their first report of a patient turning blue. Doctor USA (Ursula Sally Anderson) and Dr EEC (Ezra E. Common) attempt to determine if this phenomenon is drug related. Further reports of other blue patients are received by Drug Co, Inc which finally result in the company deciding to revise their product labelling. Unfortunately, before the revisions can be implemented, PANACEA is withdrawn from the European market. Drug Co, Inc's attempts to reinstate PANACEA are met with little success; however, the final story to this chapter provides a surprising twist of events.
