Abstract
Dorsal wrist ganglion is a very common benign tumour of hand and wrist involving the extensor tendons. However Intratendinous ganglion of the hand is a rare benign tumour. There are fewer case reports of intratendinous ganglion involving the flexor tendon of wrist and hand. We present one such rare case of intratendinous ganglion involving the flexor tendon of hand treated with surgical excision.
