Abstract
AbstractWe reported the first palladium‐catalyzed copper‐free cascade cyclization/alkynylation of alkene‐tethered carbamoyl chlorides with terminal alkynes, which provided an alternative approach to synthesize various functionalized oxindoles bearing a propargyl all‐carbon quaternary center. This protocol was highly efficient and exhibited good functional group compatibility, as well as the broad substrate scope.
