Abstract
Invited for this month's cover is the group of Prof. Tadashi Ema from Okayama University, Japan. The cover picture shows the crystal structure of a palladium-complex of carbazole-based isophlorin, which forms the trimeric stacked layered structure and shows relatively strong solid-state NIR absorption.
