Abstract
Abstract An efficient procedure for the preparation of α-acetoxy ketone derivatives by palladium-catalyzed oxidation reactions employing molecular oxygen as the sole oxidant has been reported. A variety of benzyl ketones were used to investigate the scope of the reactions.
