Abstract

Abstract In the presence of 5 mol% of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0), the reaction of chiral fluorinated propargyl mesylates with a variety of organozinc reagents proceeded smoothly in a highly stereoselective fashion to give the corresponding optically active fluorine-containing trisubstituted allenes in good yields without any loss of optical purity through the reaction.
