Abstract
This paper considers the legal status of Palestinian refugee in Lebanon. The researcher questions whether the rights granted for Palestinian refugees are in conformity with International Law. In particular, the paper presents the new legislative amendments adopted by the Lebanese Parliament in August 2010 which is believed to contribute to the improvement of the status of rights and freedoms of Palestinian Refugee in Lebanon.
