Abstract

ABSTRACTThe palatal groove is a developmental anomaly; when it is present in a tooth, it causes periodontal as well as endodontic problems. These grooves often present a challenge to the clinicians as diagnosing and treatment planning that requires an interdisciplinary treatment approach. This case report describes the successful collaborative management of a maxillary lateral incisor with an extensive palatal groove, using a combination of surgical endodontic therapy along with periodontal therapy. How to cite this articleBharti R, Chandra A, Tikku AP, Arya D.
