Abstract

• Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the head and neck is diagnosed rarely. • It occurs most often in the small salivary glands of the mouth and throat. • The slow growth of the tumor is the cause of its diagnosis at an advanced stage. • The patient has undergone surgical treatment and radiotherapy for primary cancer.
