Abstract

This one day course run by the Resuscitation Council UK focuses on the immediate care of the seriously ill child and the initial resuscitation of infants and children who are in respiratory or cardiorespiratory arrest. It aims to give participants the knowledge and skills needed to become members of a paediatric resuscitation team. The course is aimed at all healthcare staff who may be involved in providing clinical care in acute paediatrics, including junior doctors and nursing staff.
