Abstract
With the rapid development of aquaculture, fishmeal is gradually processed into high-quality aquafeed, and there is a great demand for fishmeal in China. In order to solve the problems in the traditional processing process, the process research, focusing on the fishmeal processing process of the most critical link - drying paddle research. This paper mainly focuses on the continuous low-temperature vacuum drying equipment research, on the basis of the existing process to improve the design of the paddle structure. Compared with the current process, the fishmeal produced by continuous low-temperature vacuum dryer, under the same raw materials and the same time conditions, the transport capacity of the dryer per unit of time and the drying area of the paddle have been effectively improved.
