The tenth annual meeting of the Committee was held at the Hospital on Wednesday, the 31st ult
The report for 1892 showed that in consequence of overcrowding and general unsanitary conditions various alterations were found to be necessary. These accomplished, the ihospital was reopened in April, but a repetition of the same troubles caused the medical staff to present a special report xn June, in which it waB declared that the hospital was totally unworkable under present conditions
