Abstract

Objective: To develop a virtual reality (VR) game that educates players about tropical diseases and how they contribute to stunting Methodology: This study used Design Science Research about VR game design derived from literatures about tropical diseases that can cause stunting. Within the VR game, respondent could interact with the story to learn about tropical diseases including malaria, diarrhoea, worms, and Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). Results: A total of 5 adolescents were used to contribute as the player. There was good quality acceptance among adolescents who contributed as the player. Conclusion: We succeeded in designing a virtual reality game to educates players about tropical diseases and how they contribute to stunting.
