Abstract
AbstractComparative experiments between positive and negative waveforms were performed with 7 inch HD and full‐HD resolution panels to improve the driving characteristics during address period in ac PDPs. Jitter characteristics of address discharges were measured for both cases. The negative waveform showed shorter formative delay and total delay than the positive waveform. As the resolution of test panel was increased, the tendency of jitter characteristic wasn't varied.
