Abstract

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is still one of the most common cancers in the world, with diet being one of the major risk factors. Rice Bran (RB) possesses chemoprevention properties in CRC by promoting intestinal health through several mechanisms. The immense potential of RB to be included in cancer preventive measures remains to be uncovered. This systematic review aims to find associations between RB consumption and the prevention of colorectal cancer in high-risk populations.
