Abstract

Patients with BRAF V600E-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) have a poor prognosis. Encorafenib, binimetinib, and cetuximab (triplet-therapy) became the latest approach for targeting therapy of V600E-mutated mCRC. However, the clinical courses and complications of the combination therapy are still unknown in clinical practice.
