Abstract

The intent of treatment in the majority of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) remains palliative, with most unsuitable for potentially radical resection. Approximately 20% of patients with mCRC are potentially suitable for primary resection or metastasis directed therapy including surgical resection, ablation or stereotactic radiotherapy (RT), which may improve their outcomes. We carried out a retrospective analysis of patients with mCRC treated at University College London Hospital (UCLH), evaluating the use of multimodal, potentially curative therapy.
