The severe complications caused by lung cancer metastasis to distant organs are the main cause of death in lung cancer patients, whereas the brain is the most acknowledged site of distant metastasis. Brain metastasis of lung cancer greatly affects the quality of life of patients and shortens the survival time of patients.
