Abstract
The severe complications caused by lung cancer metastasis to distant organs are the main cause of death in lung cancer patients, whereas the brain is the most acknowledged site of distant metastasis. Brain metastasis of lung cancer greatly affects the quality of life of patients and shortens the survival time of patients. At present, the specific mechanism of brain metastasis of lung cancer is still largely unknown, and the prevention and treatments are strenuous. More and more studies have confirmed that tumor-derived exosomes play an important role in the formation of pre-metastatic niche.
